For individuals and groups looking to take on something extra special when fundraising, we have recently partnered with Global Adventure Challenges. Their events have helped raise in excess of £20 million for a whole array of charities located throughout the UK and overseas.

We’d like to encourage you to take a look at some of their fantastic opportunities, from cycling across Wales to an Everest Base Camp Trek and everything in-between! They promise to listen, inspire, support and excite – then above all, meet and surpass expectations!

3 Peaks Challenge

“With a target trekking time of 15 hours (the equivalent available trekking time for the traditional 24 hour challenge) or less and a maximum available trekking time of 18 hours, we’ll climb around 10,000 feet and have walked approx. 22 miles. It’s no wonder this charity challenge is the most highly regarded trekking challenge in the UK!

A tough challenge, yes, but with our support and exceptional care and encouragement we can conquer this classic charity challenge. We’ll be driving the team through the night, guiding each member up each mountain and even giving the occasional hug and high five when required. Join our team and tick this classic UK challenge off your list.”

Hadrian’s Wall Trek

“Hadrian’s Wall was built in AD122 on the orders of the Roman Emperor Hadrian, and stretched from the East to West coasts of Britain, from Bowness on Solway in the West to Wallsend in the East. It is the most remarkable Roman monument in the country and quite unique throughout the former Empire. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site which cuts through Northumberland National Park, Hadrian’s Wall attracts trekkers from all over as it offers great challenging walks, filled with a stunning backdrop and history. It’s a perfect location for a UK charity challenge!

When will you plan your invasion? An amazing experience with fantastic support awaits – everything from our tented village to exceptional guides and glorious food! Join our team and ‘step back in time’.”

The days will be long and the trekking really tough, but the rewards of hiking into the heart of this amazing National Park and the accomplishment of conquering 24 peaks will make your efforts worthwhile.

Snowdon Trek

“Our trail to the summit is the Pyg Track, which starts at the top of Pen y Pass and rises steadily with the imposing Crib Goch directly above. As the path gradually rises we are privy to amazing views down to Glaslyn far below. Our fully supported trek will open up dramatic views as far as Anglesey (on a clear day!) as we approach the summit.

After the obligatory celebration photos at the summit, we start our descent on the Miners Path. Although this is the longest in distance, it is a gradual descent, so easy going underfoot after the strenuous climb up to the summit. We are treated to the most stunning views as we wind our way down to Pen-Y-Pass and back to our campsite to get ready for our celebration meal! A perfect challenge for anyone new to trekking and charity challenge events.”
