Youth in Mind offer a variety of different wellbeing sessions for children and young people. The sessions we offer can vary depending on where you access.

Creative Workshops

Each week, we will look at how we can use art to help us maintain good mental health. We will make and create things that we can use in everyday life to help us remain calm, help us think positively and help us let other people know when we’re not okay. Young people can come to Take 5 and Create as well as accessing another service such as counselling or Early Intervention.
