At Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind we offer counselling to all residents of Tameside and Glossop aged 16 or over.
We would like to invite you to an exciting new programme of regular wellbeing sessions designed to increase wellbeing and improve mental health. All sessions are free.
Just as our bodies can become poorly, people’s minds can become emotionally unwell. People of all ages can become emotionally unwell, that is why we're here to help with Youth in Mind.
Active Monitoring is an early intervention, guided self-help service that runs from a number of GP practices in Oldham.
We are currently offering a huge range of both fully accredited courses and awareness sessions. Our courses aim to educate our community in a variety of areas surrounding Mental Health.

The Topaz Café is a not-for-profit hub that creates a huge selection of freshly made vegetarian meals at a reasonable price. Let Topaz take care of your lunch while you take care of yourself!

A Tameside primary school has been recognised for its work supporting the mental health of pupils, staff and parents. Mottram Primary School was presented with the AcSEED award by Tameside, Oldham and Glossop (TOG) Mind at a special assembly on Wednesday 25 September.
