Terms & Conditions - Public Art Competition

Deadline Friday 11/05/18 midday – no exceptions

- Prize is meal for 2 at Topaz Café, AUL to be collected from TOG Mind 216-218 Katherine Street, AUL, Lancs, OL6 7AS.

- Entries to be submitted by post or hand to TOG Mind 216-218 Katherine Street, AUL, Lancs.  OL6 7AS clearly marked for the attention of Kelly Smith (Art Competition) with name and contact details of person submitting.  

- Kelly Smith will email all who have entered to confirm receipt of entry (or confirm by letter if no email address is available).

- TOG Mind do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged entries.

- Entries only to be submitted on size A3, 4 or 5 paper/card.

- Theme is mental health and wellbeing.

- All entries will be judged at the Time to Change event held at Positive Steps in Oldham on 17/05/18 11.30-1.30pm.  

- The event is open to the public and attendance is encouraged.

- Kelly Smith will announce the winner of the competition at the Time to Change event and the winner’s name will be published on TOG Mind Facebook/Twitter pages and website. 

- Entries will be judged by key delegates at the Time to Change event.

- Only one entry will win a prize.

- Photos of entries will be posted to social media pages following the event.

- Any entries whom wish to remain anonymous and/or not have their entry or name published to TOG Mind’s website or social media pages must ensure this information is relayed to Kelly Smith at the time of entry submission.

- Prize is a milkshake and cake at Topaz Cafe, voucher to be collected from TOG Mind 216-218 Katherine Street, AUL, Lancs, OL6 7AS. For any young person under the age of 13, please collect your prize with a responsible adult.

- Entries to be submitted by post or hand to TOG Mind 216-218 Katherine Street, AUL, Lancs. OL6 7AS clearly marked for the attention of Kelly Smith (Art Competition) with name and contact details of person submitting.
