A two-hour training session to create awareness about anxiety.
This course will run from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
The course will raise awareness about anxiety and will cover:
- What is anxiety
- Causes of anxiety
- Effects of anxiety
- Techniques to manage anxiety
This course is free and open to anyone to register their interest.
