As part of Mental Health Awareness Week from 14th to 20th May we at Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind are encouraging staff, volunteers and supporters to get involved in a host of activites throughout the week that focus on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. These are: Take Notice, Be Active, Connect, Learn, Give.

On Tuesday 15th May, Albion United Reformed Church are kindly hosting a Dancercise session run by Nayereh Kelly from Active Tameside.

Join us from 1pm to 2pm for an hour of fun, laughter and some cheesy moves!

Refreshments will be provided. We ask that participants "Pay As You Feel" and make a donation of their choice, to help us raise money for Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind and cover the cost of the session.
