Eating well isn’t just good for your body, it’s also good for your mind! Your body needs so many different minerals and vitamins just to stay healthy. Eating the right foods and drinking enough water every day can be great for your mind and how you feel about yourself. Scientists have found that if we don’t eat enough of the B12 vitamin then it can actually make us unhappy! Eggs, Cheese, Milk and Beef all contain the vitamin B12!
If you don’t feel too happy at the moment, why not make a food diary for the week? Write down or draw everything you’ve eaten and how your mood has been for the day – you might be surprised at what you find! You could always ask an adult to help you with this.
