Time for an update!

Help spread the word!

Our E-Update is a great way to stay connected with your local mental health charity and help people to understand what they can access locally and what support, training and opportunities are available here at TOG Mind.

Can you help us spread the word and encourage more people to sign up?

It takes 30 seconds and can really help ensure everyone knows who we are and what we do.

Tina's Terrific Fundraising

Fantastic fundraiser Tina popped into our office yesterday to drop off a collection tin and also pick up her FREE pair of Merrell Shoes – a thank you from us, for her amazing 30 Day Challenge fundraising success she completed with her children!

Tina managed to raise £205 through her Just Giving page and also £33 through a collection tin used during the challenge with every penny able to make a difference locally.

If you can, please support our emergency appeal ending March 31st with a donation or by becoming a fundraiser!

Take 5 Craft and Wellbeing Group

Come and join the Take 5 online craft and wellbeing group every Tuesday (term-time only) between 4:30pm and 5:30pm!

In a recent craft and well-being group, Debbie taught our young people how to make these beautiful paper flowers - they’ve certainly brightened up our day!

In next week’s group, we’re getting messy and trying our hand at potato stamp painting!

If you're interested in getting involved please send an email to [email protected] or call our office on 0161 330 9223.
