We deliver therapeutic workshops and courses for children and young people who may be struggling with a particular issue such as dealing with anger, coping with anxiety, low confidence or self-esteem, etc.
Therapeutic courses are delivered to smaller groups of young people in specific ages ranges. Young people are encouraged to share personal experiences in an appropriate way to identify triggers to issues and try to develop better coping skills.
