Looking after ourselves is important so we can be happy, healthy and enjoy our lives. Most of the time we are very good at looking after our bodies by doing things like exercising, eating healthy foods and getting lots of sleep; we aren’t always as good at looking after our minds.


Good mental health is about doing things that help you look after your mind the same way you look after your body; things like spending time with friends and family, listening to music or playing games, different hobbies & activities and talking to someone about our worries or troubles.


Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind are here to offer help to young people to make sure they have a healthy body and mind.
