Learn how to connect with the present moment and increase your awareness through guided practices facilitated by a qualified mindfulness teacher. Proven to reduce stress, depression and anxiety.
Arts and Crafts:
Each week our wellbeing coordinator will be help people engage in a relaxing and creative activity using easily obtained materials.
Growing at Home:
Growing fruit and veg is great for our mental health, especially when spending more time at home. Participants will grow their own from every day items around the house.
Writing can be a great way to explore your feelings as well as get your creative juices going. Connect with other seasoned writers or try a new hobby.
