To help people connect with others and manage their mental health whilst social distancing, we are offering an exciting and varied package of interactive online workshops you can access from home.
A rolling 4 week online Mindfulness course which is delivered virtually by a qualified practitioner to a small group of up to 12 people, who will be tuning in live to the facilitator.
