Talking to your GP about Mental Health
Sometimes it can be difficult to discuss your mental health with a GP. It could be confidence levels, time allowed for the appointment, or quite often actual language issues. We want you to be able to discuss whatever it is you have on your mind.
We have some translated resources that might help with this, available in Polish, Welsh, Urdu, and Punjabi.
