Stress Management

This is a 4-week course starting on Wednesday 16th May, up until Wednesday 6th June.

Life today is full of competing demands on our time – work, home, study, family, friends, and hobbies. A busy life is great when we feel in control; however it can rapidly lose its enjoyment and feel extremely stressful. Although stress can feel all encompassing, there are things you can do to help with these feelings.

The stress management course gives you information about stress, provides the opportunity the to explore your own stress and also teaches simple tried and tested techniques that with practice can help change the way you feel.
