Active Monitoring is an early intervention, guided self-help service that runs from a number of GP practices in Oldham.
We are currently offering a huge range of both fully accredited courses and awareness sessions. Our courses aim to educate our community in a variety of areas surrounding Mental Health.
We are working with adults in Tameside who are experiencing mental health difficulties. Our aim is to use coaching and mentoring techniques to support them to improve their mental health and wellbeing whilst reducing loneliness and isolation.
The Topaz Café is a not-for-profit hub that creates a huge selection of freshly made vegetarian meals at a reasonable price. Let Topaz take care of your lunch while you take care of yourself!
Fundraising greatly helps us gain much needed funds so we can continue to improve and expand the services we offer throughout the community. It's also a great way to get active and meet new people!
