Active Monitoring is an early intervention, guided self-help service that runs from a number of GP practices in Oldham.
We are currently offering a huge range of both fully accredited courses and awareness sessions. Our courses aim to educate our community in a variety of areas surrounding Mental Health.
We are working with adults in Tameside who are experiencing mental health difficulties. Our aim is to use coaching and mentoring techniques to support them to improve their mental health and wellbeing whilst reducing loneliness and isolation.

Thrive Hive Fest 2021 raises over £900 for Mind
Today we had the pleasure of meeting and thanking Holly who has just completed her 30 Day Fundraising Challenge by doing 30 mins of exercise per day, for 30 days.
Having managed to raise a fantastic £210 she collected her brand new Merrell Trainers as a thank you for her hard work in supporting TOG Mind.
Charlie has been volunteering with us for a few months supporting our Peer Support Project and she wanted to share her experiences during her time with us.
