Introduction to Support ServicesSupporting children and young people to maintain and improve their emotional wellbeing and mental health is more significant in society today than ever before. We offer support services to help them get the assistance they may need.

If you are aged 19 years or under and live (or are registered with a GP) in Rochdale, Heywood or Middleton you can access our emotional health and wellbeing service – this is called #Thrive.

We jointly provide #Thrive with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Link4Life.

Our Drop-in & Sort-it service is for young people who would like speak to someone confidentially and in a safe space. They can be used as an offloading space or can be used to find out about what other services are available for you to get support.

You will be listened to and the worker will try to find the best way to help you either with our services or by helping you to access other services.

We offer a variety of different groups and activities that young people can get involved in to support in staying mentally well; these can include art classes, good-mood food workshops, online safety sessions and much, much more.

Our Early Intervention Service is for young people who might be struggling to cope with different difficulties or issues in their lives, such as anger, worry, feeling down or lacking in confidence.

Young People's CoursesWhen we are struggling to cope with something it can sometimes be useful to speak to someone, of a similar age, who might be struggling with similar issues; peer support is one of the most important thing to ensuring we stay mentally well.

Problem SolvingOur Problem Solving Service is for young people who need help to deal with a particular problem or issue in their life.

CounsellingCounselling is for young people that may be struggling to cope with things in their life, such as feeling down, worried or lonely.

Counselling can help you to understand what you are going through and how to cope better.

You will be able to build a trusting relationship with a counsellor, who will help you to talk about your problems and feelings.
