Tameside, Oldham, and Glossop have the community we work in at the heart of everything we do. We also accept that we support three very different communities each having their own needs around mental health and wellbeing. We do this in an asset based way which basically means facilitating people and communities to come together to achieve positive change using their own knowledge, skills, and life experiences of the issues they encounter in their own lives.

We engage the community in a variety of ways including delivering community resilience sessions, time to change sessions, training sessions, small wellbeing grants, delivering accredited courses, and offering direct interventions in the community.
