Active Monitoring is an early intervention, guided self-help service that runs from a number of GP practices in Oldham.
We are currently offering a huge range of both fully accredited courses and awareness sessions. Our courses aim to educate our community in a variety of areas surrounding Mental Health.

2018 marks the 40th year of providing mental health services to the community! To celebrate we're going to be holding The Big 40, an event that we hope will get everyone running to raise funds for charity.
We are incredibly lucky this year to have become the Saddleworth Singers charity partner for 2018. The group choose a charity to support each year and have raised significant amounts of money in the past through holding 3 or 4 social events for their members each year. Every year, more people are facing problems with their mental health.
