Wellbeing Workshops

Connecting the Community!

Ever been curious about attending our online workshops but not sure what to expect?
Here is a picture of our Tuesday Bob in for a Brew group.

We’ve had a couple more join the group since this was taken, but it gives you a little insight into what it looks like. Caroline, who runs our Bob in for a Brew and Arts & Crafts likes to describe group Zoom meetings as looking like The Brady Bunch.

If you have any questions about our Online Wellbeing Workshops, please get in touch.

Contact us on 0161 330 9223 or email [email protected], and ask for Caroline.

Community

You don't know me, but...

Are you missing live theatre? Looking for something a bit different?

#YouDontKnowMeBut is a live audio #theatre show exploring real stories of care. It was created by an award winning team after a series of interviews with care workers and residents during lockdown.

Actor and musician Sophia Hatfield calls up audience members at a pre-booked time and performs this show live down the phone from her home studio. From the music, sound effects and storytelling - everything is performed live by one actor! From booking to performance, this experience is free, easy to access and open to all (recommended 16+).
