Our aim is to continue to provide the best quality local mental health services in prevention, early intervention and primary care; alongside empowering individuals and our communities to live well. We offer various services across the community and to individuals aiming to improve wellbeing and raise awareness around the importance of mental health support.

Short Job Summary:

We have an opportunity for a Navigator to join the organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Navigator will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients who present in crisis, including supporting with de-escalation of crisis & risk management.
  • Working in partnership with other services, specifically for this role you work alongside Pennine Trust, GMMH Trust, GMP and NWAS
  • Navigating clients within their own communities to live well
  • Liaising with Community crisis offers to support clients after they have passed through clinical assessment to access the most appropriate response
