Our Adult Mental Health First Aid course is an internationally recognised course designed specifically for those people that work, live with or care for adults who may experience mental health problems.

Our Adult Mental Health First Aid course is split into four sessions:
SESSION 1:
Mental health awareness and depression
SESSION 2:
Suicide awareness, depression and self-care
SESSION 3:
Anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders and self-harm
SESSION 4:
Psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar and recovery
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of our courses, we limit numbers to 16 people. We want everyone to feel safe and our instructors can help if people find some parts particularly difficult.
