Come and join us for a relaxing art and craft session. Each month we invite you to engage in a different artistic or creative activity designed to help you be mindful and increase wellbeing whilst using all the senses. Mindful creative activities can help you to develop a greater sense of wellbeing by aiding concentration and helping to relax the body and mind. Sessions include: Ceramic tile decorating, weaving, sand mandalas, painting etc.
