A four hour training session to create awareness about resilience and mindfulness

This course will run from 10am until 2pm with 30 mins for lunch.

The course will raise awareness about resilience and mindfulness and will cover:

  • Wellbeing
  • The 4 C's of resilience
  • Practical ways to improve resilience
  • 5 ways to wellbeing
  • Mindfulness introduction
  • Mindfulness practice

This course is £15 and open to anyone to register their interest.
