A four hour training session to create awareness about depression, suicide and self-harm

This course will run from 10am until 2pm with 30 mins for lunch.

The course will raise awareness about depression, suicide and self-harm and will cover:

  • What is depression
  • Causes of depression
  • Diagnosis of depression
  • Symptoms of depression
  • Suicidal feelings
  • Suicidal risk and warning signs
  • Safety planning
  • Self-harm
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the content of the course, we restrict our courses to a maximum of 16 participants. If you have any concerns about attending this course please contact us to discuss this further.

This course is £15 and open to anyone to register their interest.

If you book your place and realise you cannot attend, please contact to cancel your place so this can be offered to someone else.
