Marks & Spencer in Ashton are kindly having us in store on the 1st February to raise funds for the much-needed services that TOG Mind provide. We will also be sign-posting individuals to the exciting activities taking place at our Ashton Wellbeing Centre for Time To Talk Day!

We will be in store from 10am to 2pm helping shoppers to pack their bags, get heavy shopping to their car and generally spreading awareness of the much-needed services at TOG Mind.

If you can volunteer just 1 hour of your time it could help make the day a real success! We'll provide the leaflets and TOG Mind T-shirt, all you need to bring is a smile and a willingness to be an ambassador for TOG Mind!
