Patricia is a Black Belt Shaolin Kung Fu martial artist, has ten years of experience in meditation and is a volunteer for TOG Mind. She has developed an exciting programme of sessions to introduce you to meditation.

The sessions are free of charge and will work on a drop in basis. Please note you will be asked to register your details.
