Helping to improve workplace wellbeing
Poor mental health is now the leading cause of illness in the workplace accounting for more than 11 million lost working days in 2013. In fact, with 1 in 5 people taking at least one day off a year due to stress, the UK has one of the highest levels of worker stress in the developed world today.

We can provide the following half-day workshops on-site at a company’s premises and at schools. We can also host workshops at our Wellbeing Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne.
They are suitable for employees and school staff looking to improve their own workplace wellbeing and also provide a good starting point for managers, Human Resources personnel and School Leadership Teams who wish to gain a helpful insight into mental health at work in order to form their company’s/school’s own policies in this area.
Each workshop works as a standalone session or as part of the series and does not assume any prior knowledge of mental health.
