Mental Health NavigatorsThe Access and Crisis Team is a new team, created in 2021 within TOG Mind with the design of this service being heavily influenced by our Lived Experience contacts. The team was created with the aim of bridging the gaps within mental health services, we typically work with clients who may have more than one issue contributing to their mental health and require a wrap around service.

Quite often clients require social and practical support to promote their mental health and emotional wellbeing and may present with issues such as, housing needs, drug and alcohol dependency, debt support and physical health conditions.
