Following the success of TOG Gets Talking in May, we are proud to host another open day as part of the Time to Change campaign, to end stigma around mental health. We have loads of stuff going on throughout the day, all along the theme of ‘Get creative with Mental health,’ and ‘Mental health in the workplace,’ so get involved!

12pm – Sign up for our Community Resilience session (places likely to fill up quickly)
Or get involved in some creative mindfulness poetry with our brilliant Write for your Mind workshop (places likely to book up quickly)
Or find out about becoming a trustee or a volunteer in the mental health sector

1pm – Grab some lunch at Topaz Cafe where they will be doing World Mental Health Day specials including our tasty meal deal at just £4 for a drink and a main meal

2pm – Get involved in our Time to Change pub quiz in our cafe
